Delivery and Returns
The shipping costs of the products purchased on the www.girlslovetechno.events website are calculated and communicated to the Customer at the time of placing the order according to the specific criteria of the order (vweight, materials). Girls Love Techno estimates the cost of transportation based on internal indicators, and the Customer will expressly accept by placing the order the estimates for the cost of transportation and handling, regardless of the data that was the basis for determining this cost.
Girls Love Techno offers the delivery service to the front door of the home/property from the delivery address specified at the time of placing the order, as long as the characteristics/peculiarities of the Customer’s location allow the delivery to be carried out without violating the legal regulations on occupational safety.
The products ordered by the Customer will be delivered within the limit of the available stock, in a period usually between 1-5 working days from the moment we confirm the acceptance of the order, their shipment will be carried out through our partner transport company. In the event that the product may be delivered beyond the above-mentioned deadline, Girls Love Techno will immediately inform the Customer by email offering two options: The Customer may either cancel (in writing) the order/product, or accept the new proposed delivery deadline.
Since the legitimate commercial interests of the Client prevail for our company Girls Love Techno we have concluded agreements with the transport companies, through which we have requested them to guarantee the processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation. However, the partner transport companies are solely responsible for the way they process personal data, which is why we recommend that you consult their policy regarding the processing of this information. When you have paid for the ordered product and subsequently refuse to proceed with its collection, the direct and indirect costs of transport will be borne by you to the extent that you do so without reasonable justification and intend to violate our legitimate trading interest.
“Withdrawal from the contract” refers to your legal right to withdraw from the order placed by making a return of goods in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts. Conditions for returning products: a) The article of clothing and/or accessory returned to Girls Love Technomust be accompanied by all original manufacturer’s tags. If the item of clothing you are returning also includes an accessory (eg a dress that includes a drawstring), please send them together as originally delivered. Both the products and the original packaging must be returned in the quality level at which they were received, without having sustained further damage or without being worn. The invoice and accompanying documents (if any) must be placed in the packaging in which you received the product to be returned. Seal the package well.
The absence of the invoice or the accompanying documents from the returned package will lead to the refusal of the return. d) Delivery costs of merchandise returns are borne exclusively by the Customer. e) In order to return the products, please use exclusively the services of a fast courier company with the MANDATORY use of the “Parcel verification” option. The refund is made by transferring it directly to the account associated with your card, used when you paid for the order online, or an account specified by the customer for orders with payment on delivery. We inform you that parcels containing products in a different state than the one in which they were delivered will be refused, those whose return has not been notified in advance by an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal from the contract, as well as those containing products worn or damaged in any way either by you or during transport or as a result of improper packaging. In the event that you wish to exchange the product for another color/size, please contact us in advance by email at Info@girlslovetechno.events in which you will clearly specify the order number, your name and the product you want you want to exchange.
Any product exchange under these conditions can only be done once and only within the available stock and only if the price of the new product is at least equal to that of the product purchased and subject to the replacement procedure. Any positive price difference between the product subject to replacement and the replacement product will be borne by the Customer.
We inform you that even in the situation where you want to replace a product, you will have to fully comply with your obligations in case of returning the product you want to exchange – as these obligations are provided in this section. Upon receipt, the returned package will be checked by the representatives of PM CREATIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L.. to determine if it meets the conditions mentioned above, otherwise it will be refused.
We specify that the check of the returned parcel will be carried out in detail and will be documented by PM CREATIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L.. representatives and through photographic images.
